Front Desk Manager - Caribbean Salary: 44,200 - 62,000 + Housing + Work Permit + Relocation + Flights + Vacation Location: The Bahamas My client is a resort located on a private island in the Bahamas a with stunning ocean views and world-class amenities. The resort is currently seeking a Front Desk Manager who will oversee guest services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all visitors. This role demands a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality in a unique and breathtaking setting Responsibilities: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and smooth guest check-in/check-out processes Manage and train front desk staff, fostering a high level of customer service and professionalism Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met seamlessly Monitor and manage front desk budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness Key Requirements:3+ years experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a luxury resort setting3-4 years Caribbean experience is a must Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
