Description: Technical Skills: Experience with IT/IS, preferably in manufacturing (4+ years) Strong understanding of infrastructure and application support Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud technology, CRM solutions, and project management tools Leadership & Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategy Experience managing and leading a team of IS professionals Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills Ability to manage budgets and meet spending targets Business Acumen: Experience working with business leaders and understanding their needs Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements Additional Skills: Experience with acquisitions/integrations Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment Commitment to continuous learning and development Ability to comply with ITAR and IMEX regulations Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and security
