The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate, possess a bar license in good standing, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Job Duties:Provide legal representation and advice in litigation matters, focusing primarily on family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and support.Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.Maintain and organize case files meticulously, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.Counsel clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, formulating strategic plans for their cases.Negotiate settlements and strive for amicable resolutions of disputes.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and high-quality client service.Engage in networking and business development activities to build and maintain client relationships. Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Active Bar license in good standing.1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong research and analytical capabilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Education:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active Bar license in good standing. Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Effective negotiation and mediation skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.High level of empathy and interpersonal skills for client support.
