<p><strong>This is a temporary role through Magnit for a leading technology company in the world. This role is fully remote in the US Only.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title: Event Coordinator for Budgeting</strong></p><p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Partnering with Strategic Events and Finance Teams, organizes and executes marketing event budgets.</li><li>Procures and coordinates vendor services.</li><li>May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.</li><li>Willingness to learn new things, adaptability to new processes, bridge various departments to unlock efficiencies, understanding and embracing the fast pace of events.</li></ul><p><strong>In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience.</li><li>Allocadia Management, PO Processing (understanding what documents are required to process efficiently), vendor % work completed / spend tracking, reconciliation support. </li></ul><p><strong>Non-Negotiable Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Executive presentation</strong></li><li><strong>Organization</strong></li><li><strong><strong>Ability to manage multiple projects</strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Negotiable Skills:</strong></p><p>ServiceNow and Strategic Events-specific tools and processes. </p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>College Degree required</p><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)</strong></p><p>The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $50-$62/ per hour.</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p>
