Works collaboratively as a leadership partner with the Patient Care Manager and supervisors to assure excellent nursing care for children and families. Education: Masters degree in nursing required. A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin BLS Certification required. Additional certification may be required depending on the specialty. Skills & Experience: Knowledge and skills related to pediatric emergency nursing and critical care clinical practice and education usually acquired through a minimum of 3 years of professional clinical experience. Experience in program development helpful Preference given to those with education and practice experience in pediatric acute care.
