The Role The Purpose of the Role: • To partner Regional and Store teams through operational transition of stores investment with an unrelenting focus on customer centricity, colleagues & best in class execution. • Prepare stores for investment works in advance including supporting reviews on store processes & procedures, disciplines, de-junking stores including back of house areas and energising teams. • Working with the Implementation Manager to assign workloads and rota the Implementation team to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. • To support the implementation function to ensure upskilling of new and current colleagues to achieve best in class execution and efficiencies. • Agree merchandising resource from retail and within our own team to achieve effective programming & phasing. • Maintain maximum customer offer during pre-closure enabling periods, trading refits and champion a customer first, both internal and external, mindset for all programme and phasing activity. • Develop plans that maintain maximum availability post-launch. • Adhere to company merchandising standards at all times, calling out any risks and/or opportunities to customer look and feel and shopping experience...
