Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Lead follow up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Be a team player• Follow the team plan• Sales talk mastery• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
