Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

Summary We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the Company?s brand strategy. Duties include researching market trends and compiling reports about customer needs, creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, social media posts, and assisting in executing marketing events for the Company. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for establishing relationships with vendors and evaluating the performance of campaigns, conducting regular market research, and looking out for trends which can be an opportunity for the Company. Duties Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data. Assist in developing and implementing the company?s brand strategy. Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation. Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success. Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion. Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary. Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership. Manage, update, and maintain digital marketing support requests. Maintain accuracy in online presence through proactive monitoring and review. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field 1-2 years of marketing experience. Internship experience working in a marketing position welcomed. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools This is an onsite position and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents. Sitting sometimes for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate. Nice To Haves Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills Process and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to address issues in an open, constructive, professional manner. Results driven and self-motivated. High energy and sense of urgency. Ability to exhibit creativity and innovation when contributing to organizational and individual objectives. Ability to respond positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish goals and solve problems.
