The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional academic achievements, and solid communication skills. Duties:Conduct patent preparation and prosecution in the areas of electrical engineering or computer science.Collaborate with clients to understand their technological innovations and provide legal guidance accordingly.Draft patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in intellectual property matters.Participate in patent portfolio management and strategy discussions. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.Degree in electrical engineering or computer science.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Skills:High level of academic achievement.Strong writing and communication skills.The solid law firm, engineering, and industry experience.Experience in patent prosecution in electrical engineering or software-related technologies.Preferred experience in data science/AI, networking technologies (especially network security), machine learning/AI, and hardware security.
