Description:
We're seeking a talented Freelance Illustrator with a keen eye for design and a knack for visual storytelling to create engaging and informative digital illustrations for infographics . The illustrator will collaborate closely with content marketing to translate complex and abstract technical ideas into visually compelling graphics. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing visualizations, designing artwork, and ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their illustration skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Figma and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop required. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality digital illustrations and graphics for use across various digital media, including infographics, online articles, and e-publications . Collaborate with content marketing team members to develop and execute visual concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Interpret written or verbal briefs to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate key messages and concepts. Research and stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects. Maintain organized files and assets, adhere to project timelines, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of deliverables. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Figma Expertise with creating and editing vector and raster graphics with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong artistic skills with a solid understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to adapt illustration styles to suit different project requirements and brand aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within project constraints and deadlines. Flexibility to iterate on designs based on feedback and willingness to incorporate changes as needed. Prior experience working with 3D and motion graphics is preferred, but not required.
